Tasting Notes
We love rosés so much that starting in 2018 we began making two; our traditional pinot noir based Dry Rosé and this lovely blend.
Our primrose-pink Bouquet is dry as can be, and a luscious, juicy, refreshing surprise. As the name suggests, slightly floral on the nose, showing very delicate aromas of peony and gardenia with a dash of wild strawberry to start your mouth watering. A sip reveals a flood of berries; blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, and sweet, dark cherry all rub elbows – on your tongue.
Sassy, tingly, bright acidity dances on your palate and brings the finish to a delightful, invigorating close.
Summer can’t come fast enough – drink it now!

Vintage Notes
Winter of 2021 gave us some surprisingly warm days and just enough snow to be protective when the temperatures dipped low. Early spring was lovely - sunny and mostly dry with undisturbed flowering and fruit set. Beginning in June, the summer rains arrived and persisted through August. Once into September and more so in October, we were blessed with warm and dry weather, allowing us to round out our harvest season in good conditions. The abundant moisture during the summer months resulted in a smaller crop but yielded very fruit-driven and expressive reds and sparkling and bright and refreshing whites and rosés.
